Method 1: Export with Trust Wallet Twelve Word Recovery Phrase
The first method consists of using your secret recovery phrase, which is a code that MetaMask can easily recognize, in order to confirm the migration.
Finding your recovery phrase on Trust Wallet can be easily done by opening the app, selecting the menu at the lower right side, and then looking for the recovery phrase option at the upper left corner of the screen (three lines icon).

Step 1: Download and Install MetaMask Extension
This method works better for those who are just creating their new MetaMask wallet.
You need to download MetaMask browser extension, accept the terms and services, and set up your account.
The MetaMask extension for browser grants you access to your MetaMask wallet directly from your device, which is really useful.
Step 2: Click “Import with Seed Phrase”
Once you have created the account, select the “Import Seed Phrase” option.
Remember that the phrase must be used in the same order in which you obtained it from your mobile phone on Trust Wallet.
Step 3: Paste the Seed Phrase and Set Up Your Password
Now, paste the phrase and set up a strong password that you will use whenever you want to log in to your wallets in the future.

The second method consists of using your private key string in order to import the wallet.
