Choosing Trust Wallet as your day-to-day platform for storing, purchasing, and sending assets, seems like a smart choice.

But nothing is perfect in this world, much less crypto wallets.

So, imagine that you are waiting to buy some BNB, but the wallet says “Coin Not Available.”

Errors like these have been experienced by users lately when trying to purchase coins, so you are not alone.

Hence, if you are unable to buy BNB on Trust Wallet, search no more - continue reading to get further assistance about the following topics:

  • Can’t buy BNB on Trust Wallet: how to fix it;
  • Why is BNB not available on Trust Wallet?;
  • All you must know about buying BNB on Trust Wallet and other exchanges.

Buying Binance Coin

BNB is the native coin of the Binance exchange. It’s used to power transactions on the Binance Smart Chain, with low fees and fast transaction speeds.

You can use BNB for trading, acquiring another cryptocurrency, and engaging in the crypto market however you want.

In the same order of ideas, Trust Wallet also allows trading, storing, and buying coins in a non-custodial environment.

Trust Wallet transfer fees are really low, and thanks to its native integration with a Binance Smart Chain address, you can send, buy, and transfer BNB using different payment networks.

If you wanted to fund another wallet, let’s say Metamask, with BNB, you would need to add the Binance Smart Chain network in order to have a BNB wallet.

In the case of Trust Wallet, this isn’t necessary, which is why people sign in for it.

Pro Tip: Note that one of the greatest advantages of Trust Wallet is the decentralized applications browser integration.

Just download Trust Wallet from Google Play Store or App Store on your device, and Enable Dapp Browser on Trust Wallet. Tap on the previously mentioned link to learn more about this matter.

Why Is BNB Not Available on Trust Wallet?

So, why can’t I buy BNB on Trust Wallet?

It’s because there isn’t coin availability on Trust Wallet integrated exchanges.

When you purchase cryptocurrency on Trust Wallet using fiat money, you are actually going to one of the integrated crypto exchanges. It works like this:

  • You open Trust Wallet, press on “Buy,” and the app redirects you to the exchange;
  • There, you check the sell price of the coin, in this case, BNB;
  • There’s a minimum amount of $50 (US Dollar) that you can purchase, so in theory, just proceed, and it will be stored in your wallet.

But the problem starts when you follow the previously mentioned steps and the exchange says “BNB Not Available.”

If you try to report this matter to support, they will ask you to attach a screenshot of the problem, but this will hardly solve this matter.

That being said, you have two options here:

  1. Wait for the availability to restore so you can swap more BNB with your card on the Trust Wallet app;
  2. Go to the Binance exchange and purchase BNB there - this is the best course of action for you.

How to Buy BNB on Binance

If you don’t want to wait to swap or buy BNB, then simply go to your Binance account, and get things done there.

Binance is the best exchange around - trading, swapping, and making a transfer is really easy over there.

Besides, the transfer fees are as cheap as they get, so search no more and let’s do it.

You can either do this in your web browser or the Binance mobile app version - it’s your choice.

Step 1: Log In to Your Binance Account

Firstly, open your Binance profile, and log in as you usually do.

Remember that the app will give you a pop-up message on the top-right of the screen asking you to verify your identity in case you haven’t done so yet.

Step 2: Buy BNB with Credit or Debit Card

The first option consists of buying BNB using your debit or credit card.

You can also fund your Binance app account with fiat currency by adding a bank account on the top-right menu.

In any case, go to “ Buy / Sell Crypto,” choose USD in the first row, and BNB on the second.

This will swap USD for BNB and directly store the assets on your wallet address. Tap on “Buy,” and you can proceed.

Step 3: Alternatively - Buy BNB with Other Cryptos

On the other hand, you might as well swap another crypto for BNB. For instance, let’s say that you have Bitcoin, and want to transfer it for BNB.

Look for the BNB/BTC Trading Pair, and follow on-screen instructions. Tap on “Convert,” and the process will be done.

Step 4: Send Funds to Trust Wallet BNB Address

Lastly, you need to send BNB to Trust Wallet. This is the easiest step of them all, and you just need to follow three steps:

  1. Go to Trust Wallet and find your Binance Smart Chain Address - tap on “Receive,” and copy the address to your clipboard;
  2. Go to Binance, and select “Withdraw BNB” - there, you will need to paste the BNB Smart Chain address that you’ve copied from Trust Wallet;
  3. Double-check that you have the right Smart Chain address, check each fee, and transfer the funds!

Alternatively, you can read our Send BNB from Binance to Trust Wallet article to get more details about this matter.

Step 5: Store BNB on Trust Wallet!

At last, you will receive the funds directly on Trust Wallet (BNB)! Remember that you can always manage your wallet settings if you need to do so.

We know this isn’t the same as directly buying BNB on Trust Wallet, but you either wait for the problem to be solved by itself, or you use this quick and efficient alternative.
